Installation

This is a countertop (vessel) basin.

Simply cut a hole in your worktop large enough for the waste fitting to pass through, then secure the basin using Fix All or a similar high-quality adhesive/sealant. The waste fitting is already installed.

This is a handmade artisan basin. Minor variations in shape, texture, glazing and brushwork are part of its handmade character and are not defects.

The artwork is inspired by traditional Australian dot art and is sold as a decorative artisan piece. We do not claim it to be authentic Aboriginal artwork.

A small amount of standing water may remain around the waste fitting after use. This is normal for handcrafted basins and is easily removed during normal cleaning and maintenance.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of any damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
